The New Office Building for the Council of Ministers of Cambodia Aided by the P.R. China, covering a total floor area of 33,970 square meters, integrates the functions of state-level protocol reception, press release, conference and office and marks itself an intelligent, energy-saving, environment-friendly and composite office building. The building incorporates Cambodia's architectural characteristics and is deemed as a landmark in Phnom Penh, This project has been awarded the First Prize of Overseas High-Quality Projects in Yunnan Province in 2010, a Luban Prize among China’s Construction Projects (for Overseas Projects) in 2010, the Top Ten Projects of Quality Structures of YCIH in 2008, and the First, Second and Third Prizes to Apply Advanced Science-based Technology in 2008 and other prizes.
