It belongs to the complete set of foreign aid projects of the Ministry of Commerce, and is a landmark and demonstration building mainly based on theatrical performances. Area A is the main hall, 1,500-person audience hall, lifting stage and backstage, while areas B and C are cultural exchange areas.

The project won the 2016 Top Ten Construction Sites for Safety Production Standardization, the 3rd Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in 2016, the Top Ten Group Structure Award in 2016, and the 2016 Green Construction Demonstration Project in China's Construction Industry.

The cornice is 37.5 meters high, with one underground floor and seven floors above the ground. It integrates functions such as state-level concierge reception, press releases, conferences, and office work. It is an intelligent, energy-saving and green comprehensive office building.

The project has successively won the first, second and third prizes of Yunnan Construction Investment Group's 2008 Science and Technology Progress Awards, the 2007 Yunnan Construction Investment Group's Top Ten Construction Quality Projects, the 2010 First Prize of Overseas High-quality Projects, and the 2010 China Construction Engineering Luban Award (Overseas Engineering), the first prize of "BIAD Design" Cup Excellent Engineering Design Award of Beijing Institute of Architectural Design and Research, and the Cambodian Contribution Medal.

Its main functions are national concierge reception, meetings, catering, entertainment, etc. it is a five-star hotel with complete intelligent, energy-saving and green comprehensive facilities. It is the designated accommodation room for the Asia Europe summit in November 2012. The total construction area is 33920 square meters, with 8 floors above the ground and a building height of 39.70 meters.

The project has won the "top ten projects of building structure" of Yunnan Construction Investment Group in 2012, the first prize of Yunnan Provincial high-quality project (Overseas) in 2012, and the Luban Prize of China Construction Project (overseas project) in 2015.

The expressway from Vientiane, the capital of Laos, to Mohan boten port on the border between China and Laos is the first expressway in Laos. The project starts from Mohan / boten port on the border between China and Laos and ends in Vientiane, the capital of Laos. The total length of the route is 111 kilometers, with a total investment of 8.92 billion yuan and a total length of 440 kilometers.

After the completion of the whole line, it will greatly promote the economic and social development of Laos, help to speed up the construction of a rapid transit network covering the whole territory of Indochina Peninsula, effectively connect the rapid passage between China and Laos and Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and build a full range of rapid transit trunk road from Kunming to Singapore, which is of great significance to the development of cross-border self drive tourism, cross-border logistics, cross-border business cooperation, and cross-border cultural exchanges, It is of great significance to promote the construction of China Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor, promote regional economic integration, promote a regional community of shared future, and promote the deepening and implementation of the "the Belt and Road" initiative.

The 3 million tons/year refining and chemical project of Lao Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is an early harvest project of the China-Laos Community of Shared Future Action Plan. The project plans to invest 2 billion US dollars, with a land area of 283,000 square meters. The first phase has been put into operation on November 30, 2020, and the vacancy work is currently underway.

The project plans to build Laos' first modern oil refinery project with an annual output of 3 million tons in three phases. The first-phase project has a comprehensive processing capacity of 1 million tons per year, which can produce gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene, liquefied petroleum gas, industrial sulfur and other products that meet the Euro V standard. After the first phase of the project is completed and put into production, the second and third phases of project construction will be gradually launched. Among them, the second phase project will be expanded to 2 million tons/year, mainly producing biofuel products, including ethanol gasoline and biodiesel; the third phase project Will expand to 3 million tons / year, mainly producing chemical products.

The construction and installation project of the comprehensive medical building and the Chinese expert building of the 103 Hospital of the Lao People's army is located in the 103 Hospital of the Lao People's army in Vientiane, Laos. It is assisted by the Ministry of national defense of the people's Republic of China, and the structural type is reinforced concrete frame structure. The project includes: the building area of the comprehensive medical building is 23658m2, the main building has 9 floors, the podium building has 3 floors, and the total height of the ridge is 53.7m; The Chinese expert building has a building area of 1098m2, 2 floors and a building height of 9.64m; The building area of the equipment room is 293m2, with one floor and a floor height of 4.5 m. It is used as the oxygen making machine room, vacuum pump room, vacuum machine room and water pump room; Adjacent to the equipment room, there is an above ground fire pool with a volume of 620m3.

The second prize, 2013 Yunnan Province Construction Industry Green Construction Demonstration Project, 2017 China Construction Engineering Luban Award (Overseas Project).

The project is an industrial plant building mainly composed of water tanks, supplemented by other supporting structures, steel structures and pipelines. The project won the 2017 Excellent Achievement Medal of QC team and the first prize of 2017 provincial high-quality project.

Total construction area: about 34,500 square meters

The project is located on Dongchang Island, Vientiane City, Lao People's Democratic Republic, with Vientiane City in the east, Mekong River in the west, and Nong Khai Province in Thailand on the other side of the river. The total height of the building is 70 meters. It is mainly used for the reception of the ASEAN 10+3 Prime Minister Meeting in 2004, and the hotel project is the first high-rise building in Laos.

The project successfully completed the reception task of the 10th ASEAN Summit in 2004, and was highly appraised by the high-level governments of China, Laos and Malaysia. And won the Lao National Development Medal personally awarded by the Deputy Prime Minister of Laos. At present, the hotel has become a landmark building in Laos.
