The comprehensive office and teaching building of this project is a ring-shaped layout, covering an area of 3092.67 square meters, with two floors above ground and three floors in part. The height of the main building's cornice is 15.95 meters. Among them, the lecture hall part is double-height, and a Sri Lankan national style steel structure lotus-shaped roof is set on the roof platform.
