The Landmark Mekong Riverside Hotel is a five-star hotel with more than 200 guest rooms, covering a total floor area of 33,920 square meters and an overall height of 39.70 meters. The hotel is able to furnish services for state-level protocol reception, conference, catering and entertainment, and marks itself an intelligent, energy-saving, environment-friendly and composite hotel with complete sets of facilities. This project also has been awarded the Top Ten Projects of Quality Structures of YCIH in 2012, the First Prize of Overseas High-Quality Projects in Yunnan Province in 2013, and a Luban Prize among China’s Construction Projects (for Overseas Projects) in 2014 and other prizes.
