The People's Army 103 Hospital Project in Lao PDR is a composite medical building integrating with operation, outpatient and inpatient department. The project was commenced in June 2016 and completed in July 2018. In spite of several technical difficulties, it is qualified upon one-off inspection and acceptance of final completion. Upon completion, the hospital will play a significant role in advancing the Lao army and improving its health-care conditions in the Lao army. This project has been awarded the First Prize of High-Quality Projects in Yunnan Province in 2019 and a Luban Prize among China’s Construction Projects (for Overseas Projects) in 2020.
