The Vietnam-China Friendship Palace is a turnkey project aided by the P.R. China with its representative of the Ministry of Commerce of China. As a symbol of China-Vietnam friendship, it is a public building serving for cultural performances, conferences and folk cultural exchanges, and also a key platform serving for significant celebrations, diplomatic protocol reception and China-Vietnam cultural exchanges. The project was commenced on December 10th, 2014 and completed on October 31st, 2017. After completion, it has been awarded the First Prize of High-Quality Projects in Yunnan Province in 2018, a Luban Prize among China’s Construction Projects (for Overseas Projects) in 2019, the Fifth Batch of Nationwide Demonstrative Environment-Friendly Construction Site, the First and Second Prize of State-Level QC Group Campaigns and other prizes.
