The poverty alleviation phase I project covers 30 villages in densely populated areas in Vientiane and Luang Prabang provinces of Laos and along the China Laos railway. Among them, the digital television project covers all 30 villages. By improving the coverage of digital television, widely popularizing scientific and technological knowledge, and improving the quality of the people, the Lao people can timely obtain life and economic information, contact multiculturalism, improve the international perspective, and enrich their cultural life.
