The Vientiane International Business & Tourism Center, located at the heart of the downtown in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR, is a local landmark and the first large-scale modernized commercial center in Vientiane Capital which integrates with business, office, catering and entertainment. This project has been awarded such prizes as: the First Prize of High-Quality Projects in Yunnan Province in 2016, a Luban Prize among China’s Construction Projects (for Overseas Projects) in 2017, the First Prize for Design of High-Quality Projects in Yunnan Province in 2016, a Demonstrative Environment-Friendly Project in the Building Industry of Yunnan Province, the Second Prize of Excellent Construction Project Management Team in Yunnan Province in 2014, and the Top Ten Projects of Quality Structures of YCIH in 2014.
